Brush your hair! No, this is not your mamma’s admonition! Stress manifests in different places in our bodies, and our scalp is one of them. Brushing your hair with a strong-bristled brush releases stress you may be holding onto in your scalp and encourages energy that may be stuck/stagnant there to flow. Can’t make time for a delicious scalp massage? This is the next best thing!
