Busy Women’s Modified Cleanse – THE RECIPES!

As promised today we are posting the VIB BUSY WOMAN’S MODIFIED CLEANSE: THE RECIPES!

We are so excited you want to give it a try, you can do this one! You will NEVER be hungry, you will have so much more energy, your skin will glow and you will want to do this often, which is perfectly safe to do. Enjoy it, and please let us know how you did.

THE RECIPES:

MAPLE SYRUP/LEMON JUICE:

-3-4 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
-2 tablespoons of maple syrup
-Cayenne pepper (less than 1/4 teaspoon)
-Sea salt*
-Purified water

Mix together or put in blender and drink 2-5 times per day. If you are a beginner you may want to do 2x.

VIB PROTEIN SMOOTHIE:
This amazing smoothie, packed with nutrients with give you protein to build muscle and give you energy.

  • 6 oz. VITA COCO coconut water (for electrolytes)
  • 1 scoop Sun Warrior rice protein powder (I like chocolate, but we also like vanilla!)
  • 1 tablespoon liquid flax seed oil
  • 1 frozen banana
  • handful of Cascadian Farm frozen organic blueberries or cherries.
  • 10 ice cubes
  • Place everything in VitaMix or blender.

    GREEN DRINK: asmoothie

    • 6 OZ WATER
    • HANDFUL BABY SPINACH
    • 1 STALK CELERY
    • 1 ZUCCHINI
    • 1 AVACADO
    • 1 TABLESPOON OLIVE OIL
    • DASH HIMALAYAN SEA SALT
    • 1 TABLESPOON FIBER
    • CHIA SEEDS

    Place everything in Vitamix and blend.

    KALE SLUSH:
    -6-8 oz. Vita Coco Coconut Water
    -6 oz. Lemon juice
    -1/2 bunch of Kale [clean very well]
    -Drizzle of Agave
    -12 ice cubes
    -1/2 Avacado (optional)
    Place everything in Vitamix and blend.

    ROMAINE SALAD:
    • ROMAINE
    • KALE
    • SWISS CHARD
    • ONE CARROT SHREDDED
    • AVOCADO
    • SUNFLOWER SPROUTS or SEEDS
    • 3-4 SCALLIONS
    • 2 TBSPNS CHIA SEEDS

    SALAD DRESSING:lemondressing
    • 1 JUICED LEMON
    • 1 TBSPN AGAVE (optional)
    • 1 TBSPN APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
    • BASIL or PARSELY (just a few leaves)
    • ½ CUP ORGANIC OLIVE OIL
    • SEA SALT & PEPPER

    GRILLED SALMON:

    Salmon is a lean protein, high in omega-3′s, very low in mercury, and one of the best foods for overall heart and brain health.

    -One-Two Pieces Fresh Wild Salmon (one 4-6 oz. piece per person)

    Preheat broiler. Line a small baking pan with foil and coat with organic oliveoil cooking spray. Transfer the salmon to the pan, skinned-side down. I take a pastry brush and just brush a very light coat of olive oil on to salmon. Broil the salmon 4 to 6 inches from the heat source until cooked through, 6 to 10 minutes.

    **Lemon and oil detoxify the body while boosting the immune system. Citrus restores the body’s ability to absorb fats and keeps the bowels moving.
