This quote comes to mind when thinking of Karen. Happy Birthday my friend!

Karen not only creates possibilities for herself, but for all around her. Like a moth to a flame, we all get closer and are turned into butterflies because of it. Karen’s passion comes through in all she does. Her career really is her soul’s calling, her deepest desire to see the potential of all around her, and then to weave her web and make it come true.

I am so honored to have this woman in my life, as partner, trusted confidante, and most of all, as my friend.

Today is Karen’s 40th birthday! Happy Birthday! I have no doubt that added birthday candles will only increase her wisdom, beauty and intelligence. Karen is the real life female-version of Benjamin Button. She has surely found the way to aging backwards and we can only hope that she will share some of her tips with us mere mortals as she moves forward, in the direction of her dreams.

Karen, I look forward to calling you friend for many years to come. May this day, and this year, and this life, be filled with vibrant health, overwhelming happiness, and lots and lots of love.
