Could Laughter Motivate You To Exercise? It Worked For Me!

Could laughter be the motivation needed to get you out of your rut and in to the gym? It worked for me. After a long time away from my workouts (the beginning of November to be exact), and a pre-New Year’s resolution to return, it still didn’t happen. This article cracked me up and motivated me to go to the gym.
Yesterday Jason Gay, wrote the following article for The Wall Street Journal, titled ’27 Reasons To Conquer The Gym’. It’s so hysterical in it’s accuracy that I had to share it with you all.
